Having graduated from McGill in 1994 with a focus on information systems and communications, I've worked for more than 20 years as a writer, graphic designer, editor, trainer, facilitator, marketing consultant, project manager, and translator, on a very broad array of publications, written media, and Internet/intranet sites for a variety of industries. I understand business dollars and sense, how crucial deadlines and budgets are, and the importance of making an effective impact.
